As the Account Manager, you will be a vital contributor to a team that strives to innovate and deliver results. The Account Manager will be a strong contributor, leveraging their B2B experience to build and maintain client relationships.
// Responsibilities based on Accountabilities
Taking inbound calls from new clients and following up to secure the partnerships.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Operating as the main point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
Liaise between client and internal teams
Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
Help clients using email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
Stay current on industry knowledge
Responsible for using measurements and cost of goods to create detailed estimates and profit margins
Experience maintaining a CRM of current clients.
Create and increase revenue streams from new and existing clientele.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly quotas.
Maintain a high level of customer service.
Be the expert to the client offering solutions and improved marketing options, in a positive manner.
Write work orders, estimates, and participate in contract negotiations with new and existing clients.
Participation in team meetings
This position requires some travel

Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Lead generation experience
Strong phone skills
Accomplished in public speaking
Exceptional presentation skills
Strong B2B sales background
