// Responsibilities based on Accountabilities
The primary duty of Business Development Manager is defined as follows:
Making outbound calls to generate new clients and contracts for services.
Accomplish sales goals by maintaining a positive working relationship with all clients, being available as necessary to meet client needs and always exhibiting the core values of an azpro representative.
Experience prospecting, and maintaining a CRM of targeted potential and current clients.
Proficiency in meeting and exceeding weekly prospecting, cold calling, and face to face sales call requirements.
The ability to multitask within multiple processes and departments
Teaming with other departments to leverage marketing strategies for targeted potential clients.
An aptitude for producing and understanding, proposals, estimates, and RFPs.
Expertise working with, and managing formidable clients
Be the expert to the client offering solutions and improved marketing options, in a positive manner.
Participate in contract negotiations with new and existing clients
Participation in team meetings
Maintaining existing client relationships through necessary touchpoints to meet the clients’ expectations
// Required Qualifications
Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Lead generation experience
Strong phone skills
Accomplished in public speaking
Exceptional presentation skills
Strong B2B sales background
Must have a working vehicle and valid driver’s license
Must be able to travel nationwide up to 50% to meet clients
