As a Production Team Member, you will be a vital contributor to a team that strives to innovate and deliver results. We are a small business that is looking for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and is ready to tackle aggressive goals.
The Production team is responsible for preparing/assembling all projects for installation, or shipment. This includes laminating, assembling, kitting, wrap & vinyl preparation, banner finishing, etc. The most successful candidate will have management experience in a custom manufacturing plant.
No industry experience? No problem! We will teach you everything you need and there are always opportunities to grow with us! You are paid to train and one of our many experts will show you the ropes.
Have sign/graphics industry experience? Definitely a plus!

// Responsibilities based on Accountabilities
Assemble and finish all projects for client pickup, delivery, shipping and installation.
Prepare shipping product for final boxing and packaging.
Maintain and safely operate assembly tools including the rail cutters, corner rounder, drill, toolboxes, metal shear and panel saw.
Willingness to learn all aspects of production including, lamination, weeding, welding, sewing, banner finishing and j tracking.
Clean, organize and maintain assigned Production area.
Mastery of Production processes and methods.
Understanding and execution of quality control standards for projects.
// Expected Work Hours
Hours: 8:15am-5:15pm Monday-Friday. At station, ready to work, 5 min prior to shop opening at 8:30am. Longer hours may be required depending on workload/project requirements. It is expected that projects are seen through completion, even if it is not during these hours.
Breaks: (2) 10 minute breaks taken between 10:00am-10:15am & 3:00pm-3:15pm
Lunch: 30 minutes taken between 12:00pm -1:00pm
