As the Install Team Leader, you will be a vital contributor to a team that strives to innovate and deliver results. We are a small business that is looking for someone who thrives in a challenging environment and is ready to tackle aggressive goals. The Install Team Leader must be able to develop and implement strategic plans while working collaboratively with Leadership and other department Team Leads. The role requires a fine balance of technical skill, team building, mentorship, and administrative work, including team training.

 

// Core Responsibilities

Lead, Manage and hold Accountable all install team members by utilizing excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ensure everyone in the department is working productively and efficiently.

Review all install projects and brief the team as needed to ensure the success of all.

Review performance and compensation standards.

Analyze current trends in productivity, team morale, and overall effectiveness.

Actively manage all aspects of install department.

Continuously build, maintain, and implement the training program.

Create departmental standards, policies and procedures.

Certify installers on individual training modules.

Inspect installs and uphold azpro Quality Control standards.

Conduct team meetings.

Ensure labor, productivity and operating budget goals are met for the install team.

Forecast long and short-term workload for the team and make necessary staffing/shift adjustments.

Maintain a clean motor vehicle record per current azpro standards.

Ensure proper documentation, training and personnel are in place so that coverage is available for all positions for any pre-planned and unplanned absences.


// Preferred Qualifications

3 – 5 years of Remote Employee Management Experience

2 – 5 years of Service Related Management Experience

Intermediate Excel / Office Suite Experience

Wide format print experience

Strong analytical planning and forecasting skills

Ability to articulate strategy in a way that motivates and inspires a team
